01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 8999 Bit platform — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other channel — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the 8999 Bit platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 8999 Bit will never ask for your password. Do not share your password with anyone. 04 Deposits & Payments

8999 Bit accepts deposits via bKash and Nagad. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may be subject to additional verification.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on 8999 Bit are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours, though in some cases verification requirements may extend this timeline.

Before processing a withdrawal, 8999 Bit may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). This is a standard requirement and is in place to protect your account and comply with anti-money laundering obligations. 06 Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to your bet, provided the bet is confirmed before any odds change. 8999 Bit uses real-time odds feeds and prices can change rapidly, particularly during live in-play betting.

8999 Bit reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed after the event had already concluded.
• The odds were clearly displayed in error (palpable error).
• There is evidence of match-fixing or irregular activity related to the event.
• The bet was placed in violation of these terms or in an attempt to exploit a system error.

Maximum bet limits apply to certain markets and events. These limits are displayed within the bet placement interface. 8999 Bit may also apply individual account betting limits where unusual betting patterns are detected.

07 Casino Games

All casino games available on 8999 Bit — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and exclusive 8999 Bit titles such as Monster Triple, Monster Mine, Monkey King, and Single Deck Blackjack — use certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer mechanics to determine outcomes.

Game outcomes are independent of previous results. Past performance does not influence future results. 8999 Bit does not manipulate game outcomes and all games are tested and certified for fairness by independent auditors.

In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the round will be voided and your stake returned. If a game disconnects mid-round, the outcome will be determined by the game's auto-completion logic. 8999 Bit is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

8999 Bit offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. It is your responsibility to read the terms of any bonus before claiming it.

General bonus conditions that apply across all 8999 Bit promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in a separate bonus balance and are used after your real money balance is depleted.

• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the 8999 Bit platform or its infrastructure.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Placing bets on events where you have inside information that is not publicly available.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

8999 Bit reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• At the player's own request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure).
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant.

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, your balance will be returned. If you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact the 8999 Bit support team and your balance will be returned after any pending bets are settled.
